Training
Some people just do exercise, and some train. Will is the former. Lisa is the latter. Happily, there is a space where the two can coexist. Lisa will be updating her attempt to train for an ironman triathlon, whilst on a boat, and then we'll be telling you about our voyage from Seattle to LA by bike. Expect stories of how much our bums hurt.
