This weekend was the first team training camp. It was held in Birmingham and was really rather overwhelming.
It was a full schedule with a track session, swim drills, yoga, strength and conditioning and a ride. Plus so many interviews and photo shoots (including one of us on the bikes out the back of a rented highway maintenance van with its flashing lights on).
We had our coaches (Susie and Rob Cheetham), strength and conditioning for running from Carla, nutrition tips from High5, plus the fantastic team from Wiggle and Hoka on hand.
